About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Mobility Recruiter to support internal staffing initiatives across the US and EMEA regions. Based on site in Bangalore, this role focuses on managing end-to-end internal recruitment while ensuring a seamless experience for internal candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global recruitment, especially within key industries such as pharmaceuticals, consumer health, banking/financial services, and life sciences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle internal recruitment process — from requisition to onboarding — for roles across the US and EMEA regions.
  • Support offer management processes, including offer design, approval coordination, and delivery to internal candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to assess internal talent needs and implement targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging internal candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Maintain updated and accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday experience preferred).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate efficient and compliant internal transitions.
  • Provide hiring managers and stakeholders with market insights, talent data, and recruitment updates.
  • Follow best practices in internal mobility, ensuring alignment with global policies and business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on internal mobility or internal staffing.
  • Experience recruiting for roles in the pharma, consumer health, banking/financial services, and life sciences industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong exposure to recruitment for US and EMEA markets.
  • Proficiency in offer management including design, approval, and delivery processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work onsite in Bangalore and accommodate US/UK working hours as needed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a global or multinational organization.
  • Familiarity with internal talent movement policies and best practices.
  • Strong project coordination and data reporting abilities.
