Job Description

SUMMARY

We are hiring for the position of Internal Corporate Recruiter (Work from Office role).

Location: Kolkata (Local candidates preferred)

About the Role:

Roles & Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.

Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media platforms.

Conducting mass mailing, job postings, and Boolean searches.

Making 50 60 calls per day for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Working as an Individual Contributor and handling full-cycle recruitment.

Strong candidate engagement, follow-ups, and offer management.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders for recruitment mandates within 2COMS Group.

Requirements

Experience: 2 3 years (Recruitment Consultancy background mandatory)

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Excellent communication skills in English.

Proficiency in sourcing both technical and non-technical profiles.

Own laptop/desktop with stable internet connectivity.

9:30 AM 6:30 PM

(Alternate Saturdays Off 2nd & 4th, Sunday Fixed Off)
