Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated

Talent Acquisition Intern

to join our HR team. This internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing strategies, and talent engagement. The role is ideal for someone passionate about HR and recruitment who is eager to learn and grow in the talent acquisition domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Support HR in drafting job descriptions and posting openings across platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and recruiters to ensure smooth hiring workflows.
  • Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in recruitment, staffing, and HR functions.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, or any ATS is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
