About the Role

Talent Acquisition Intern

Duration: 3 months (Oct-Dec 2025) with high potential for extension or a permanent position offer upon successful completion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct research and proactively source candidates through various platforms.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and status.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support campus engagement activities, including career fairs, student outreach, and B-school partnerships.
  • Assist with Frost Growth Experts (FGE) engagement, including outreach, coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition team.


What We’re Looking For

  • Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in recruitment, campus engagement, and talent management.
