As a Founder’s Office Intern, you will work directly with the Founder’s Office senior associate and support:
Research on government programmes, policies and schemes in school education/skills.
Documentation for proposals, RFPs, pitch decks and internal strategy notes.
Data & analysis to back important decisions and proposals with strong evidence.
Cross-team coordination to gather inputs, track progress and keep things moving.
This is a hands-on, high-learning role suited for someone who is sharp, hardworking, and seriously interested in the government/ public sector/development landscape.
1. Research & Intelligence
Conduct secondary research on:

Government education and skills schemes, tenders and RFPs.
-
Policies, guidelines and frameworks (e.g., Samagra Shiksha, NIPUN, NEP, skills ecosystem, EdTech initiatives, etc.).
-
Best practices from other states/countries in EdTech, skills and public systems.
-
State-specific education landscape and gaps
Prepare concise research briefs and research documents that can be plugged into proposals and strategy decks.
Track relevant news, tenders, policy updates and reports and summarise them for the team.
2. Documentation & Proposal Support
Support in drafting sections of:

Government RFP responses.
-
Concept notes / Expressions of Interest (EoIs).
-
Pitch decks, internal notes and MoUs.
-
Create and maintain standard templates for recurring proposal sections.
Ensure documents are:
-
Well-structured, logically flowing and error-free.
-
Formatted neatly (headings, tables, charts, references, etc.).
3. Data & Analysis
Work with Excel/Google Sheets to:

Clean and organise datasets (e.g., school data, usage data, outcomes, budgets).
-
Run basic analyses (filters, pivots, charts, basic calculations) to support proposals.
-
Support in basic financial/numerical analysis for projects (high-level costing tables, simple projections, etc.), with guidance.
4. Coordination & Execution Support

Coordinate with internal teams (product, delivery, sales, finance, tech) to:

Gather information and inputs required for proposals and strategic notes.
-
Track timelines and ensure all pieces come together on time.

Take structured notes in internal and external meetings and convert them into clear action trackers.

Support in maintaining knowledge repositories (folders, files, trackers) for Founder’s Office work.
Must-haves
-
Strong research aptitude – enjoys reading, synthesising and simplifying complex information.

Excellent written communication in English – crisp, clear, and professional writing style.
-
Comfort with numbers and basic analysis – not afraid of spreadsheets, can work with data logically.

High ownership and work ethic – willing to go the extra mile, especially around tight deadlines.

Genuine interest in government, public policy, education or development sector.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
Good-to-have (not mandatory, but a plus)

Prior exposure (internships/projects) in:

Consulting, public policy, social sector, think-tanks, or Govt/CSR projects.

Proposal writing, grant applications, or report writing.
Familiarity with:
Government education/skills schemes and institutions.
Comfort with presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) and visual storytelling.
Qualifications:

Final-year undergraduate / postgraduate student or recent graduate in:

Economics, Public Policy, Development, Education, Business, Engineering, or similar fields.

Available for a full-time internship (ideally 3–6 months).

Able to work from the Noida office
