About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Manager Intern to join our Strategy & Operations team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business management, strategic planning, and operational excellence. You will work directly with senior leadership to support decision-making, improve internal processes, and contribute to key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing business strategies aligned with company objectives.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business performance reviews.
Support in creating business reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Marketing, and Technology) to streamline operations.
Track KPIs, analyze data, and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
Participate in strategic discussions and support in decision-making processes.
Assist in resource planning, project coordination, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of business/analytics tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to high-impact projects.
