Intern - Business Manager

As a Business Manager Intern at our company, you will be an integral part of the Strategy & Operations team. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business management, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in supporting decision-making processes, improving internal processes, and contributing to important business initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and executing business strategies that are in line with company objectives. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and reviews of business performance. - Support the creation of business reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Marketing, and Technology) to streamline operations. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and recommend enhancements for operational efficiency. - Participate in strategic discussions and provide support in decision-making processes. - Aid in resource planning, project coordination, and performance monitoring. Requirements: - Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields. - Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with business/analytics tools is a plus. - Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Eagerness to learn and contribute to high-impact projects.
