Sr. .Net Developer

Role Overview: As a member of the HOSH DIGITAL team in Indore, India, your role will involve designing and developing enterprise solutions using .NET technologies. You will be responsible for customizing SharePoint solutions, creating robust REST APIs, developing cloud-native applications on Azure, designing database schemas, building responsive user interfaces, implementing DevOps practices, providing mentorship to junior developers, creating technical documentation, and continuously improving existing systems. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, build, and maintain high-performance .NET applications that meet complex business requirements - Customize and extend SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows, and custom applications - Create robust REST APIs using .NET Core/6+, implementing modern authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT) - Develop and deploy applications on Azure, leveraging managed services and following cloud-native design principles - Design optimized database schemas and write efficient queries using SQL Server and Azure SQL - Create responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks that integrate with backend .NET services - Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies for .NET applications - Provide technical guidance to junior developers and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards - Create comprehensive technical documentation for applications, APIs, and system architecture - Stay current with emerging .NET technologies and industry best practices, recommending improvements to existing systems Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6+) - Strong experience with SharePoint development (Online and/or On-Premises) - Proficiency in SharePoint customization including web parts, add-ins, and extensions - Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and SharePoint REST APIs - Expertise in database technologies, including complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework) - Strong proficiency in web application development using ASP.NET MVC/Web API - Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure services (App Service, Functions, Logic Apps) - Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript) - Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js) - Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and best practices - Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines - Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies - Experience with performance optimization and application monitoring,
