RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, modify, develop, and implements software applications independently, working with other developers and architects. Participate in the testing process including code reviews, manual testing, and unit testing. Participate in software design meetings. Participate in daily Scrum style meetings. Identify technical issues with the software and communicate them effectively to the development team and other stakeholders. Develop software applications utilizing, .NET, C#, and SQL. Develop enterprise class APIs using .NET and C#. Modify, repair, or expand existing programs to correct errors, increase efficiency, upgrade interfaces, or improve performance. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education. At least 8-11 years’ experience and proficiency in: .NET/C# SQL, preferably Microsoft SQL Server API development Experience working in an agile development environment, or an understanding of the concepts of Agile software development. Ability to effectively balance multiple tasks. Excellent communication, organization, technical, and project management skills. Familiarity with Angular is a plus. Familiarity with Azure is a plus. Familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus, or similar experience with Git, Jira, or other related tools. Familiarity with devops practices is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage each projects scope and timeline Partner with clients to understand business requirements and expectations Design and execute project plans and documentation to deploy Q2 solutions Direct project resources to complete tasks in a timely manner Work closely with the client and team to problem solve issues that arise Track status and provide updates in relation to overall implementation process Train and educate clients on the product and configuration options Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups Coach team members in Agile frameworks and guide development teams to a higher level of Scrum maturity Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur Help teams implement changes effectively Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Foster a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical discipline At least 12+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master role Project Management Methodology exposure preferred (PMP or PMI) Familiarity with enterprise software deployment architecture and methodologies Experience building documentation and project plans using Excel, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint Experience managing client expectations with a Client first attitude and commitment to satisfaction Ability to organize and execute multi-facet software deployments Capable of assessing project risks and mitigations Ability to convey technical concepts to business oriented banking project teams and interact with technical internal resources Possess project leadership qualities Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent people and teamwork skills Ability to remain calm, diplomatic, and cooperative under stressful conditions Attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast paced environment Financial Services and enterprise software experience preferred Experience with Agile methods used in implementing cloud-based solutions; Azure DevOps Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as the Definition of Done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement Experience working in an agile development environment, or an understanding of the concepts of Agile software development.
