Intern - Business Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Manager Intern to join our Strategy & Operations team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business management, strategic planning, and operational excellence. You will work directly with senior leadership to support decision-making, improve internal processes, and contribute to key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing business strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business performance reviews.
• Support in creating business reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Marketing, and Technology) to streamline operations.
• Track KPIs, analyze data, and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
• Participate in strategic discussions and support in decision-making processes.
• Assist in resource planning, project coordination, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of business/analytics tools is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to high-impact projects.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
