Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Documentation

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings: plans, sections, elevations, and details
• Support concept development, layout planning, and design revisions
• Prepare working drawings using AutoCAD and assist in coordination drawings
• Prepare area statements and basic feasibility inputs

3D Modeling & Presentation

• Assist in developing 3D models using SketchUp or similar software
• Support basic rendering, massing studies, and walkthrough preparation
• Assist in preparing client presentation drawings and boards

Redevelopment & Statutory Support

• Assist in applying

  DCPR 2034 / UDCPR 2020

  regulations
• Support preparation of drawings for CC, IOD, and OC submissions
• Assist in documentation for redevelopment, MHADA, CIDCO, and SRA projects

PMC & Coordination Support

• Assist in coordination with RCC, MEP, landscape, fire, and other consultants
• Support preparation of BOQs, progress reports, and meeting minutes
• Assist PMC team in tracking drawings, approvals, and project timelines

Site Exposure & Execution

• Assist during site visits and preparation of site observation reports
• Learn construction methodology, sequencing, and quality control
• Support coordination between site team and design office

Software & Technical Skills

• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• SketchUp (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray / Photoshop (added advantage)
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Arch students (3rd / 4th / 5th year) or fresh graduates
• Basic understanding of architectural drawings and building construction
• Interest in

  redevelopment, high-rise buildings, and statutory approvals

• Good communication, learning attitude, and coordination skills

Internship Duration

• Minimum: 3 to 6 months
• Extendable based on performance and project requirements

Stipend

• As per Hyperloop Consultancy Group policy and candidate skill level
