Job Description

Provide supportive operational, research, and administrative assistance across three core areas: Client Engagement, Growth Strategy, and Advisory Services. This is a junior role designed for someone eager to learn and grow, working closely under the Director s guidance to gain exposure to strategic initiatives while handling day-to-day support tasks

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor s degree (or diploma) in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in business support, research, or administration.
  • Exposure to proposal writing or bid coordination is an advantage but not required.

  • You will have an eye for detail and the ability to work independently, quickly, and efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Fully conversant to an advanced level in Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

BGV:

  • Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification ( BGV ) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
  • Candidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process including documents uploaded is accurate and complete, both to WSP India and its BGV partner .

Key responsibilities

  • Client Engagement:

    Assist with scheduling, tracking, and reporting for the Client Engagement Programme and Fast Track initiative.
  • Growth Strategy:

    Conduct desk research on markets and competitors; prepare summaries and presentations.
  • Advisory Services:

    Support bid preparation, proposal writing, and governance compliance; coordinate inputs from teams.
  • Administrative Support:

    Manage calendar, logistics, and documentation for meetings and events.
  • Presentation Support:

    Prepare PowerPoint decks and graphics; draft correspondence and briefing notes.

Skills and competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Ability to conduct structured research and present findings clearly.
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn about Advisory Services and bid processes.
