This is a full-time on-site position where you will be responsible for managing day-to-day kitchen operations. Your duties will include ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met, overseeing inventory and supplies, and coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals to our residents. To excel in this role, you should have experience in kitchen operations, food safety, and quality standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of inventory management and supply ordering. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively coordinate with kitchen staff is crucial. A customer service orientation and strong problem-solving skills will also be beneficial. Ideally, you will have previous experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or in a relevant role. Possessing a food safety certification would be a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
