Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

* Ensure the claims team follows standardized procedures and checklists.* Resolve process-related queries and monitor multiple mailboxes.* Communicate with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure smooth operations.* Maintain accuracy in AR processes to comply with financial standards and company policies.* Support the timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

Skills & Requirements:

* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.* Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.* Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance concepts and claims processing.* Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently.* Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in various shifts (afternoon/evening/night).* Work Environment: Comfortable working in both office and hybrid environments.
