Interior Project Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for project planning and coordination, client and stakeholder communication, design oversight and development, budget and cost management, procurement and vendor management, project execution and site management, risk management, final inspection and handover, and post-project evaluation. Key Responsibilities: - Developing Project Plans: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all stages of the project are mapped out from inception to completion. - Setting Milestones & Deadlines: Establish key milestones and deadlines to ensure the project progresses smoothly and is completed on time. - Resource Management: Organize and manage resources, including materials, labor, and design teams. - Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their needs, expectations, and budget for the project. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field. - Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or interior design industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite. - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
