Roles and Responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress against these plans. Manage interior fit-out projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects management. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or related field (essential). Strong understanding of costing principles for accurate budgeting and cost control. Excellent communication skills for effective client management.
