Job Title: Executive Assistant cum Senior Interior DesignerLocation: Noida

Reporting To: Principal Architect / Founder
About the RoleWe are looking for a multitasking professional who can combine creativity, leadership, and coordination into one role.
This position is perfect for a senior-level interior designer who also has a strong sense of management, communication, and follow-up — someone who can assist the Director directly, manage design work, and ensure smooth project delivery from concept to completion.
You’ll be handling both creative design tasks and executive assistance responsibilities, ensuring that projects run seamlessly and the Director’s daily schedule and operations are well organized.
Key Responsibilities🟢 Design Leadership & Project ExecutionLead multiple interior design projects, including luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.
Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings that align with the client’s vision.
Prepare mood boards, presentations, and BOQs for client approvals.
Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is implemented on-site.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, and quality of materials.
Oversee the entire design process — from conceptualization to execution and handover.
Approve materials, finishes, and samples after reviewing with the Director.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the desired quality standards.
🟣 Executive Assistance & CoordinationAct as the right hand of the Director, ensuring daily schedules, meetings, and communications are well managed.
Maintain a structured follow-up system for all projects, clients, and team deliverables.
Coordinate between departments (design, purchase, site, accounts, HR) and ensure work alignment.
Handle email communication, client proposals, meeting summaries, and WhatsApp coordination on behalf of the management.
Support the Director in tracking payments, purchase orders, and pending decisions.
Manage reminders, approvals, and reporting dashboards for smooth company operations.
Represent the firm professionally during client meetings or vendor interactions when required.
🟠 Operations & ReportingMaintain all project documentation — from drawings and BOQs to purchase and dispatch records.
Prepare and update weekly progress reports for all active projects.
Ensure all departments adhere to timelines and quality benchmarks.
Track project budgets, timelines, and manpower requirements in coordination with the site team.
Help the Director prioritize tasks, manage appointments, and oversee daily business operations.
Take initiative in problem-solving and decision-making during design and execution phases.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in interior design, including site coordination and project management.
Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, detailing, and vendor markets.
Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive approach.
High level of professional maturity, responsibility, and time management.
Strong sense of aesthetics, balance, and functionality in design.
