Project Planning & Coordination. Assist in preparing project schedules, timelines, and work plans. Coordinate between designers, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution. Track project progress and ensure tasks meet deadlines. Site Supervision & Execution. Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and adherence to design plans. Ensure proper execution of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, paint, and finishing works. Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolution with technical teams. Material & Vendor Management. Prepare material requirement lists as per BOQ and drawings. Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries. Verify material quality and quantity on-site. Documentation & Reporting. Maintain site reports, measurement sheets, daily progress updates, and snag lists. Prepare weekly progress reports for management/client review. Organize project documents, drawings, change orders, and approvals. Client Interaction. Update clients on project progress. Coordinate for approvals on drawings, finishes, mock-ups, and changes. Manage client expectations throughout the project duration. Quality & Safety Compliance. Ensure all works meet quality standards and design specifications.
