We closely partner with International machine learning team to build ML based solutions for above interventions. Vision: Our goal is to automate detection of new abuse patterns and act quickly to minimize financial loss to Amazon. This would act as a deterrent for abusers, while building trust for genuine customers. We use machine learning based models to automate the abuse detection in a scalable & efficient manner.
