Job Description

As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents including RFPs, contracts, and agreements
You will offer expert legal advice on complex matters such as commercial law, data security, intellectual property, technology, confidentiality, licensing, procurement, and privacy
Youll actively support various internal teamsincluding Sales, Deal Management, Contract Management, and Vendor Managementensuring business goals align with legal compliance and risk mitigation
You will educate business stakeholders on legal risks, contract best practices, and support the negotiation of complex vendor agreements
Additional responsibilities include managing customer disputes and terminations, developing legal strategies for new products, maintaining legal templates, and contributing to special commercial projects
