Legal Associate

As an integral part of the legal team at Girl Power Talk, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Chief Legal Officer, Aashna Duggal. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting in handling legal research, communications, and outreach - Conducting in-depth legal research on case damages awards, specifically focusing on expert witness mandates for Blue Ocean Global Technology - Researching law firms, attorneys, and major players in the legal industry in the United States to assist in outreach campaigns - Drafting expert witness reports, policies, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents as necessary - Creating compelling research papers, reports, and legal articles tailored to the company's requirements - Collaborating on case briefs, articles, and content creation based on thorough research - Managing and prospecting clients digitally and maintaining relationships with law firms and attorneys - Brainstorming legal marketing strategies and plans, as well as ideating content for social media - Collecting, organizing, analyzing, and summarizing legal data for marketing and outreach reports - Planning and executing collaborative presentations to establish a strong presence in the legal industry - Staying updated on industry trends, legal topics, and policy framing - Preparing law firm news, updates on regulations, and other important notices - Participating, consulting, and engaging with the legal team in various situations - Developing communication skills and leadership qualities - Mastering diverse skills in a fast-paced environment and working with global clients Furthermore, promising candidates will have the opportunity to work directly with Associate Director, Legal & Research, Aashna Duggal, and Girl Power Talk Co-Founder, Sameer Somal.
