We are seeking a Patent Paralegal with experience in Indian patent prosecution to assist in managing patent filings, legal documentation, and compliance procedures. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Indian Patent Laws, patent filing procedures, and formalities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file patent applications (provisional, complete, PCT, and national phase) with the Indian Patent Office (IPO). Handle Form submissions as per the Indian Patents Act (e.g., Form 1, Form 2, Form 3, Form 5, Form 18, Form 27, etc.). Maintain patent prosecution deadlines and ensure timely responses to office actions. Coordinate with patent attorneys, inventors, and clients regarding filings and compliance.
