Skills and Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in client facing calling team. Excellent communication skills required for this role with no evidence of regional language influence. Ability to hold a conversation and engage clients for a long duration. Listening and probing skills should be excellent. Should be able to display empathy and acknowledge appropriately. Ability to articulate complex resolutions in a simplified manner Mastery and control over verbal communication and pristine phone etiquette Candidate should be able to seamlessly work with providing service excellence by displaying exemplary command over language in a way that is appealing and impactful in an over the phone conversation Candidate must have experience of working on a dynamic work culture not bound to scripts and protocols Eligibility: G1L2 and above are eligible to apply. If applying for the next level - A minimum of 18 months or more in the current role/grade is required. If applying laterally - Minimum 12 months or more in current role/grade (Required) Excellent performance record for the last 4 review cycles. Excellent in both verbal and written communication Demonstrates behavior that promotes the values of the organization Must have Current Supervisor approval - signed off on Internal Job Posting. Should not have been on PIP or issued a Warning in the last 12 months.
