Hiring Agency: Namura HR Consulting Hiring Company: HBR Insurance Brokers Private Limited Location :7th floor, Shop no 79, Business Bay JITO, Shri Hari Narayan Kute Marg, Mumbai Naka, Matoshree Nagar, Nashik, Maharashtra 422002 Company Website: https://hbrbrokers.com Role: Operations Manager Employmenttype: FullTime-onRoll CTC: Maximum Rs 9 LPA with monthly CTC of Rs 75K per Month provided you fulfill all the competencies Educational Qualification:Any graduate with proficiency in English Experience: Minimum 5 year of experience in Insurance Operations/Hospitals in Insurance Sections/Mutual Funds/Stocks trading/ Investment/ Project-Finance etc Key Skills: —  Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. —  Minimum 5 year of experience in Insurance Operations/Mutual Funds/Stocks trading/ Investment/ Project-Finance etc —  Minimum 5 year ofexperience in operations or a managerial role —  Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. —  Knowledge of industry regulations, ERP systems, and operational best practices. —  Effective communication skills: with clients, colleagues, and external parties. Hindi, English and Marathi —  Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.  —  Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Familiarity with Excel, Word, and other office applications.  —  Attention to detail: Accuracy and precision in data entry and record-keeping.  —  Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.  Responsibilities: —  Process Management: Monitor and improve operational systems, processes, and policies. —  Team Supervision:Manage and guide department supervisors, set goals, conduct performance reviewsand provide training & motivation. —  Resource Planning:Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize costs. —  Quality Control:Implement and maintain quality standards across operations. —  Customer Service Coordination: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. —  Budget & Cost Control: Identify areas to reduce costs without compromising quality or service. —  Compliance & Reporting:Ensure operations comply with industry laws and company policies. —  Cross-Department Coordination:Collaborate closely with HR, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align operational goals with the company’s strategic objectives and ensure unified support for overall business success. —  Project Management: Lead or support company projects for process upgrades, technology integration, or expansion.
