We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead and expand our Four Wheeler Insurance vertical. As the Insurance Head, you will drive strategy, manage operations, strengthen partnerships, and ensure compliance to achieve business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities Manage showroom sales operations, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory management. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in automobile sales or related field (car sales, four wheeler). Strong understanding of showroom sales principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.

Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates by scheduling dates and times. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to both clients and candidates. Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of sourcing strategies for IT professionals (Software Developers). Excellent interviewing skills with ability to conduct effective interviews. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar platforms.
