Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates by scheduling dates and times.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to both clients and candidates.
  • Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies for IT professionals (Software Developers).
  • Excellent interviewing skills with ability to conduct effective interviews.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar platforms.
