About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging course content for various verticals.
• Convert raw inputs from SMEs into clear, structured presentations, PDFs, and storyboards.
• Simplify complex topics into sharp, learner-friendly bullet points.
• Collaborate with SMEs and the content team to make material creative and interactive.
• Review and coordinate video-based learning (masterclasses, webinars, talks) with the media team.
• Host/support monthly masterclasses with Luke Coutinho and other experts.
• Upload and manage courses, videos, and resources on the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ensure quality control of all content, following pre-upload SOPs.
• Research and suggest ways to make learning material more engaging and effective.
  

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and e-learning tools.
• Proficiency in course development software and LMS platforms.
• Strong content writing, proofreading, and structuring ability.
• A team player with strong collaboration and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to take end-to-end ownership of projects.
