Key Responsibilities

  • Government & Non-Government Institutional Sales

    :Act as the primary point of contact for

    government and non-government clients

  • Pan-India Sales Strategy

    :Develop and implement effective sales strategies across

    to drive institutional business growth, both in

    domestic

    and

    international

    markets. Leverage your extensive knowledge and network to secure and manage large-scale institutional deals.
  • Fleet & Rental Companies Management

    :Build and maintain relationships with

    fleet operators and rental companies

    , negotiating deals that align with their business needs. Focus on

    long-term partnerships

    that contribute to steady growth.
  • Client Gifting Programs

    :Oversee and manage

    corporate gifting programs

    , positioning Oben Electric Vehicles as a premier gifting choice for

    high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)

    and

    corporate clients

    .
  • Sales Target Achievement

    :Ensure consistent achievement of

    monthly and yearly sales targets

    through effective negotiation, client relationship management, and business development strategies. Prioritize

    high-volume and profitable sales

    , minimizing reliance on discounts.
  • Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation

    :Prepare and deliver compelling

    sales proposals

    , manage pricing negotiations, and secure contracts with institutional clients. Navigate large-scale government tenders and contracts with ease.
  • Collaboration with Operations

    :Partner with internal teams to ensure

    timely delivery

    of vehicles and services, coordinating

    logistics and regulatory compliance

  • Market Penetration & Strategic Planning

    :Develop
