Brainsmith is looking for Institutional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets for institutional clients
  • Lead and manage the institutional sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
  • Identify and target potential institutional clients to generate new business and revenue
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at institutions
  • Understand the needs of institutional clients and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's products and services
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that client needs are met
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipelines
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
