Job Description

Taking care of Institutional Sales & Accessories business for South Regional Office Sales Department. This role is an individual contributor role and reports to Regional Head- Sales.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Preparing business plan for the region and ensuring yearly target achievement.
  • Driving sales in (Corporate/ Government/Fleet) through company channel & ensuring company policies are adhered by the dealership. Developing new key accounts & managing existing accounts while delivering results.
  • Developing long term strategy & plans for establishing KIA products in to Institutional segment (Corporate/Government/Fleet).
  • Planning the monthly targets, rolling out to the region, tracking & ensuring achievement.
  • Planning and conducting events and marketing activities in Corporate/ Government/Fleet, inside and outside dealerships, to improve brand awareness and generate new business.
  • Planning & allocating monthly budget for increasing sales & other related activities for supporting sales.
  • Identifying and networking with the key Corporate/Government/Fleet/leasing/Financers, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share.
  • Closely working with the dealer team to execute and close the big deals and supporting them in achieving their targets through lead generation.
  • Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and extracting valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
  • Devising and executing training sessions for the dealership teams time to time on selling skills, product knowledge, concern handling, cost of ownership etc. equipping them with all the tools resulting in to sales.
