About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong Insights Analyst who can turn diverse datasets into clear, actionable insights. This role blends programming, analytics, cloud technologies, and foundational machine learning. The ideal candidate enjoys building reliable data pipelines with Python, crafting intuitive dashboards with Javascript, writing efficient SQL, and validating workflows and product end-to-end to ensure accuracy and trust.

Key Responsibilities

·       Build, automate, and refine analytical workflows using Python/R.

·       Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights through thoughtful storytelling and strong communication.

·       Develop business dashboards that clearly communicate KPIs and insights; familiarity with Superset is a plus.

·       Use JavaScript to enhance interactive dashboard features or custom visual components.

·       Write efficient, well-structured SQL for reporting, analytics, and data modeling.

·       Design and maintain data pipelines, including cleaning, transformation, enrichment, and schema alignment.

·       Work with AWS or GCP services to support scalable data processing and analytical tasks.

·       Use clusters and VM-based compute environments to run high-volume or distributed workloads.

·       Apply fundamental machine learning techniques to support exploratory modeling and predictive analysis.

·       Validate data, workflows, dashboards, and analytics outputs through systematic testing to ensure reliability.

·       Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to translate business needs into insight-driven decisions.

·       Maintain documentation and contribute to improving analytical processes, data workflows, and reporting clarity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·       Strong proficiency in Python and its data ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark preferred).

·       Experience building dashboards; Superset familiarity is advantageous.

·       Advanced SQL skills for query optimization, data modeling, and validation.

·       Hands-on experience with data pipeline development, including cleaning and transformation.

·       Practical knowledge of AWS or GCP cloud platforms.

·       Understanding of distributed compute concepts (VMs, clusters, containers).

·       Familiarity with basic machine learning practices and model evaluation.

·       Proficiency in JavaScript for visualization or dashboard-related enhancements.

·       Strong attention to detail with experience validating analytical outputs through structured testing.

·       Curiosity, problem-solving ability, and an eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience with cloud warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake.

·       Exposure to event-driven data pipelines or API-driven ingestion.

·       Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.

·       Understanding of experimentation, statistical analysis, or metrics design.
