Assist in the documentation and maintenance of project artifacts, such as project plans, status updates, and wiki pages. Support Project Management and Delivery in managing resources; ensure proper time tracking and generate reports. Organize files, presentations, and other written communications/documents so they are readily accessible to respond to subsequent/future reporting requests. Assist in the creation of project reports and presentations as needed with a fast turnaround time, prepare draft and final report(s), including formatting and document styling. Required qualifications: Ability to work eight (8) hours per day overlap with Eastern Time Zone in the USA A track record of self-directed learning, adapting quickly to solve problems, and taking initiative and accountability to get things done. Ability to work under deadlines with strong attention to detail and prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously. Desire to learn technical concepts in big data, data science, AI/ML, and digital technologies. Experience as a project manager using waterfall or agile methods. A collaborative approach to working on a team and the ability to relate to, and work with, a wide variety of internal stakeholders in a professional manner. Bachelor’s degree, and 3-5 (5 + preferred) years relevant experience Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. CAPM/PMP not required but is a plus

Job Responsibilities The QA Engineer(Operations) receives team objectives, goals, and tasks from the Senior Operations Engineer and performs efficient and effective processes to best meet those targets in a quality manner.
