Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Account Management and Professional Services to ensure successful and efficient delivery. Keep customer, partner, and internal stakeholders informed of status, timelines, issues, and actions and proactively manage stakeholder expectations. Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings, handle logistics (invites, audio/video, etc.), take meeting notes, and follow up on action items to resolution. Assist in the documentation and maintenance of project artifacts, such as project plans, status updates, and wiki pages. Support Project Management and Delivery in managing resources; ensure proper time tracking and generate reports. Organize files, presentations, and other written communications/documents so they are readily accessible to respond to subsequent/future reporting requests. Assist in the creation of project reports and presentations as needed with a fast turnaround time, prepare draft and final report(s), including formatting and document styling. Required qualifications: Ability to work eight (8) hours per day overlap with Eastern Time Zone in the USA A track record of self-directed learning, adapting quickly to solve problems, and taking initiative and accountability to get things done. Ability to work under deadlines with strong attention to detail and prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously. Desire to learn technical concepts in big data, data science, AI/ML, and digital technologies. Experience as a project manager using waterfall or agile methods. A collaborative approach to working on a team and the ability to relate to, and work with, a wide variety of internal stakeholders in a professional manner. Bachelor’s degree, and 3-5 (5 + preferred) years relevant experience Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. CAPM/PMP not required but is a plus

You'll initially focus on a major client project, utilizing your deep ETL knowledge to guide the enhancement of our AI-powered migration tools. This will involve working closely with our product engineering team and directly supporting client resources to ensure successful data platform transitions. As you excel, you'll seamlessly transition into a Product Manager, shaping the future of our platform and developing strategies to empower users migrating from legacy systems. Key Responsibilities: · Collaborate with engineering to enhance AI-driven migration tools, providing expertise on legacy ETL systems. · Support data migration projects for enterprise clients, ensuring successful transitions to the Syntasa platform. · Guide clients on Syntasa best practices and adoption strategies. · Identify product gaps and work with engineering to address them. · Transition into a Product Manager role, contributing to the product roadmap and developing content for future migration users.
