Are you an ETL expert with a passion for data and AI, looking to make a significant impact on enterprise data strategies? Syntasa is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead critical data migration initiatives for our clients, leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies, while also growing into a Product Manager role for our innovative Data and AI platform.

You'll initially focus on a major client project, utilizing your deep ETL knowledge to guide the enhancement of our AI-powered migration tools. This will involve working closely with our product engineering team and directly supporting client resources to ensure successful data platform transitions. As you excel, you'll seamlessly transition into a Product Manager, shaping the future of our platform and developing strategies to empower users migrating from legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Collaborate with engineering to enhance AI-driven migration tools, providing expertise on legacy ETL systems.

·      Support data migration projects for enterprise clients, ensuring successful transitions to the Syntasa platform.

·      Guide clients on Syntasa best practices and adoption strategies.

·      Identify product gaps and work with engineering to address them.

·      Transition into a Product Manager role, contributing to the product roadmap and developing content for future migration users.

We're Looking For:

·      Deep expertise in a major ETL tool (e.g., Talend, Microsoft Fabric Databricks).

·      Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, and Spark.

·      Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

·      A proactive problem-solver with a strong desire to learn and grow into a product leadership role.

Must Have:

·      5+ years of Talend experience

·      Good client management and communication skills

·      Minimum bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
