Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telecalling campaigns to generate and qualify leads across schools and institutions.
• Manage and update leads, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Follow up consistently to nurture prospects and convert them into meetings or demos.
• Use lead generation tools (databases, email automation, WhatsApp campaigns, etc.) effectively.
• Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to ensure lead pipeline health.
• Support outreach campaigns through SEO, social media, and digital marketing, where applicable.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation (preferably in B2B/education/edtech).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Knowledge of lead generation tools, WhatsApp campaigns, or email marketing tools.
• Bonus: Understanding of SEO, SMM, or digital marketing for B2B lead generation.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
