Role Description

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy and self-driven Graphic Designer to create impactful marketing, website and communication content. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in design fundamentals but also keeps pace with the latest in AI design tools and unconventional visual storytelling techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Design posters, digital banners, brochures, and other static content for print and digital marketing

• Create engaging short-form videos, reels and explainer animations for marketing

• Work closely with team to develop visuals for website, campaigns and customer communications

• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms

• Utilize AI-powered tools (Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) to accelerate creative output

• Bring fresh, unconventional design ideas to make Tieke’s communications stand out

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or alternatives like Figma, Canva, and DaVinci Resolve

• Strong visual storytelling and layout design skills

• Experience in video editing and motion graphics

• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools for visual content

• Awareness of current design trends, social media formats and digital-first content strategies

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field (not mandatory if portfolio is strong)

• Prior experience working with education, edtech or youth-centric brands is a plus

• Comfort with iterative feedback, agile development cycles and experimentation
