Key ResponsibilitiesSales Activities Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and market research. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Support digital and offline marketing initiatives as required. Client Management Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions. Handle client queries, follow-up for conversions, and provide after-sales support. Prepare and submit daily visit reports, sales updates, and field activity documentation. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) for smooth service delivery. Track sales performance and share weekly/monthly reports with management. Assist in planning sales strategies based on market data. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in field sales or marketing (industry-specific advantage). Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good understanding of local market and customer behaviour. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools). Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. Key Competencies Target-oriented & self-driven. Customer-focused approach.
