Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated On-Field Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting company products/services, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication, customer handling skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Activities

  • Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and market research.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Generate and qualify leads to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Execute marketing activities, brand promotions, and campaigns in field locations.
  • Gather market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback.
  • Promote products/services through on-ground engagement, events, and installations.
  • Support digital and offline marketing initiatives as required.

Client Management

  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Handle client queries, follow-up for conversions, and provide after-sales support.
  • Prepare and submit daily visit reports, sales updates, and field activity documentation.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) for smooth service delivery.
  • Track sales performance and share weekly/monthly reports with management.
  • Assist in planning sales strategies based on market data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in field sales or marketing (industry-specific advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good understanding of local market and customer behaviour.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
