Meet potential clients, understand their property needs, and recommend suitable projects.
Conduct site visits and property demonstrations to clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals in alignment with company pricing and terms.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, client records, and daily activity updates.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and real estate regulations.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional events and campaigns.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
