Location- Udyog vihar Phase-5,Gurugarm

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Experience- 2+ years

Ctc- upto 4.8 Lpa ( Depends on interview )

Working Days- 6 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through client visits, referrals, and other channels.
• Meet clients, contractors, and bidders on-site to present products and drive business growth,
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients for long-term business growth.
• Understand customer needs, gather requirements, and share inputs with internal teams for smooth execution.
• Follow up on leads promptly and ensure timely conversion into sales.
• Drive deal closures by negotiating effectively and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Manage after-sales services to uphold customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
• Track competitor activities and market trends to support business strategy.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, client visits, and financial data.
• Coordinate with internal teams and departments to drive sales performance

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in driving sales, field marketing, and expanding business opportunities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, results-oriented, and skilled in client interactions
• Committed to traveling as needed for client visits and business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office will be an added advantage.
