Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, social media creatives, and property layouts.
Create engaging visuals for digital platforms — social media, website, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize campaign ideas.
Design project branding elements like logos, color schemes, and project presentations.
Edit property photos, renderings, and videos to align with brand standards.
Ensure all creative materials are visually appealing, consistent, and optimized for various platforms.
Stay updated with design trends, especially in the real estate and luxury housing sector.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
Experience designing for print and digital marketing.
Familiarity with real estate project marketing and architecture visuals.
