Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our B2C Sales team. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable Simplilearn programs that align with their aspirations. Candidates with excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially from the EdTech or sales background, will be an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential learners through outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • Understand individual customer needs and provide customized course recommendations.
  • Convert leads into paying customers through consultative and need-based selling.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share market feedback.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 6 Months to 5 years of experience in sales; EdTech experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
