Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify sales leads.
• Explain solar products and services clearly to potential customers.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships through professional communication.
• Coordinate with the field sales and technical teams for client follow-ups and appointments.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with clients.
• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam and English).
• Strong convincing and customer-handling ability.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer support preferred (solar or technical sales is an added advantage).
