We are looking for a dynamic Sales Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, providing excellent service to existing clients, and supporting the sales team. This role requires proficiency in CRM tools and Excel, along with strong communication skills.
· Acquire new customers through effective outreach and pitching strategies.
· Assist customers in navigating the portal, providing guidance on features and functionalities.
· Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance the user experience.
· Provide exceptional support and service to existing customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
· Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
· Track customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
· Stay up-to-date with product updates and changes to effectively assist customers.
· Regularly review LinkedIn analytics to track engagement, follower growth, and the effectiveness of your content.
· Regularly active on LinkedIn.
· Previous experience in sales support, preferably in the portal industry but not mandatory.
· Strong knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
· Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mind-set.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent may be considered with relevant experience.
· 1-3 years of experience in sales support, preferably in the portal or B2B industry.
· 5 days working (1st and 5th Saturday of every month is working day).
