We’re now building a passionate Inside Sales team to accelerate our next phase of growth.


Role Overview


The Inside Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving Quick Clean’s business growth by identifying leads, nurturing relationships, and converting opportunities into successful partnerships.

This is a role for someone who loves connecting with people, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Research, identify, and qualify new business leads within the hospitality and healthcare sectors across India.

• Client Outreach:

Initiate contact via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to introduce Quick Clean’s OPL solutions.

• Pitch & Proposal Coordination:

Schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and coordinate product demos with the field sales and operations teams.

• Pipeline Management:

Maintain and update the CRM (Bitrix) with all interactions, ensuring accurate tracking of leads through each stage.

• Sales Support:

Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to execute campaigns, follow-ups, and client communications.

• Market Intelligence:

Gather feedback from potential clients to identify industry trends, competitor insights, and service improvement opportunities.

• Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed monthly qualified lead and conversion targets.


Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development (preferably B2B or solution sales).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi both).

• Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools (preferably Bitrix, HubSpot, or Zoho).

• Analytical mindset with ability to identify quality prospects and prioritize effectively.

• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a performance-based, high-growth environment.
