We're building a powerful Field Sales & Location Intelligence platform designed to transform how businesses track, manage, and empower their on-ground teams. This isn't about ticking off feature lists it's about solving real problems with empathy, speed, and purpose.

Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Lead Management & Conversion

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and trial users across email, chat, phone, and other contact channels
  • Qualify new leads by understanding business needs, urgency, and fit
  • Convert Free Plan trial users into Paid Plans by mapping the right feature set to their needs
  • Clearly explain NxGns value proposition, use cases, and pricing to non-technical users

2. Demo Scheduling & Closure

  • Schedule and conduct tailored product demos, addressing prospect-specific pain points
  • Maintain a high demo-to-close conversion rate through consistent follow-ups and clear communication
  • Handle objections and close sales directly over the call or video meetings no handoff required
  • If required, conduct in-person demos and prospect meetings, which may involve travel within or outside the state

3. Customer Success Orientation

  • Ensure new customers are successfully onboarded, plans are activated, and expectations are set
  • Serve as the first point of contact for any post-trial clarifications or guidance
  • Maintain high satisfaction through consultative conversations, not scripted selling

4. Collaboration & Feedback Loop

  • Work closely with the product, marketing, and technical teams to relay prospect feedback and suggest improvements to the platform or website
  • Share content and feature suggestions that could help improve demo effectiveness or onboarding clarity
  • Raise edge cases or blocker issues promptly to senior management

5. CRM and Process Discipline

  • Maintain accurate lead status, notes, and activity logs in NxGns internal CRM
  • Follow structured contact cadences for follow-ups, nurturing, and re-engagement
  • Suggest improvements in internal processes to reduce sales friction and improve customer experience

This role is designed for individuals who want to grow into a Team Lead or Account Manager position in the near future. As we scale, youll have a direct influence on how our Inside Sales team evolves and operates.
