Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential students and parents through calls, emails, social media, and events.
• Present Medway’s courses and career programs clearly and persuasively to drive enrollments.
• Track, manage, and nurture leads through CRM and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional strategies.
• Represent Medway at webinars, educational fairs, and outreach activities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and provide support to enrolled students when required.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents.
• Goal-driven and comfortable working with targets.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM platforms is an advantage.
