Familiarity with the US healthcare industry will be considered a significant advantage. The role requires a strategic thinker who can lead sales initiatives, manage a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in the US IT services market. Lead, motivate, and mentor the inside sales team to maintain high performance and team morale. US Market Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the US business landscape to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to align offerings with client requirements, particularly in the healthcare sector. Pipeline Management: Oversee lead generation, qualification, and nurturing processes to maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Drive engagement with prospective clients and ensure a high conversion rate. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns targeted at the US market. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Utilize CRM tools to track team performance and sales metrics. Provide regular forecasts and performance reports to senior management. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on trends in IT services and US healthcare to provide innovative solutions. Demonstrate expertise in addressing the unique challenges and needs of healthcare clients. Key Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 4 to 9 years of inside sales experience in the IT services industry, with proven success in the US market. Exposure to the US healthcare industry will be a strong advantage. Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. Exceptional leadership, communication, and client engagement skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in building and scaling inside sales teams for IT services. Knowledge of lead generation tools and digital sales methodologies. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and other US healthcare standards.
