Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving Cerity Global’s growth by identifying, researching, and developing new business opportunities through phone, email, and CRM-based interactions. You will manage the sales pipeline using Zoho CRM, conduct high-volume outreach, and work across EU/US shifts as required to engage global prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct data and contact research to build targeted prospect lists using online databases, LinkedIn, and other tools.

Manage all leads, prospects, and sales activities in Zoho CRM with accurate, up-to-date records.

Execute high-volume outreach efforts: 60–100 calls and 200+ personalized emails per day.

Initiate first contact, qualify prospects, and schedule introductory meetings for senior team members.

Prepare and maintain daily sales reports (DSR) detailing activity, conversations, and outcomes.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance sales effectiveness.

Flexibility to work EU/US shifts according to business needs.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1–5 years’ experience in inside sales or similar roles (especially B2B services, SaaS, or tech).

Proven experience with Zoho CRM or comparable CRM tools.

Comfortable with outbound calling and large-scale email outreach.

Excellent English communication skills—both spoken and written.

Motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or with a remote/international team.

Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with EU/US time zones.
