Inside Sales Specialist

As an Inside Sales Specialist at Vettrix, based in Coimbatore, you will be a key member of the Corporate Sales team. Your role will involve managing end-to-end inside sales processes targeting corporate clients, driving business growth through inbound and outbound outreach, qualifying leads, understanding client needs, and positioning SaaS solutions effectively. Building and maintaining strong client relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams for a smooth sales process and client onboarding, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals will be crucial responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end inside sales processes targeting corporate clients - Drive business growth through inbound and outbound outreach - Qualify leads and understand client needs to position SaaS solutions effectively - Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and client onboarding - Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus) - Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS product sales (corporate/inside sales) - Strong consultative selling skills and B2B sales experience - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills - Experience with Salesforce (either selling or using) is a strong advantage - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience About Vettrix: Vettrix offers a competitive salary and performance incentives.
