Field Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Field Marketing Specialist to develop and execute localized marketing strategies that drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness for our company. As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment on goals and performance metrics, analyze campaign success, and continually improve regional marketing tactics. Responsibilities Develop Regional Marketing Plans: Create and implement marketing strategies that meet company objectives and align with sales goals. Event Planning and Execution: Organize and execute localized events, trade shows, and promotions that drive engagement and generate leads. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI). Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales teams, corporate marketing, and local organizations to ensure alignment and drive results. Competitor Analysis: Track and analyze competitor activities in the region, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in field marketing or a related role, with a proven track record of successful regional marketing campaigns. Expected to have either a 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler for traveling during on-field outreach campaigns. Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi knowledge is a plus.
